What types of data do we collect?

We also use your data to improve and implement the service, through the following treatments:

Is the provision of data mandatory?
The provision of personal data is mandatory only for the processing necessary for the provision of the services offered by mercureolbia.it (any refusal for the purpose of providing the service makes it impossible to use the service itself); it is instead optional for promotional and profiling purposes and any refusal to give consent has no negative consequences on the provision of the service offered within the mercureolbia.it website and its applications.

Export and deletion of personal data processing
To export your personal data (takeout) or ask for its cancellation, you can send a request to the email address EMAIL COMPANY from the email box with which you registered in mercureolbia.it.
Your personal data will be exported within 30 days or, if the export becomes particularly complex, within three months.

How and for how long will your data be kept?
The storage of personal data will take place in paper and/ or electronic/ IT and for the time strictly necessary to meet the above purposes, in compliance with your privacy and current regulations.
In the case of active users, the ads and content generated by the user will be kept for 36 months for security reasons, prevention and moderation of content and/ or conduct contrary to the terms of service and editorial rules of mercureolbia.it in order to ensure a better quality of the same also in collaboration with the Authority.

For direct marketing and profiling purposes we keep your data for a maximum period equal to that provided for by the applicable legislation (respectively 24 and 12 months).
Invoices, accounting documents and transaction data are kept for 11 years according to law (including tax obligations).
In the case of exercising the right to be forgotten through a request for the express deletion of the personal data processed by the data controller, we remind you that such data will be stored, in a protected form and with limited access, only for the purpose of detecting and prosecuting offences, for a period not exceeding 12 months from the date of the request and subsequently will be deleted safely or anonymized irreversibly.
We remind you that for the same purposes, data relating to telematic traffic, excluding the content of communications, will be kept for a period not exceeding 6 years from the date of communication, pursuant to art. 24 of the Law n. 167/2017, which transposed the EU Directive 2017/541 on counter-terrorism.

If the ad page has already been removed from mercureolbia.it , the cache copy may remain in the search results for a few days. The search results are not managed by mercureolbia.it, but the user can report the removal of the page and request the update of the cache copy directly to the third-party search engine.
The data controller may make available the page “Work with us” to consult any professional positions open at COMPANY NAME and reserves the right to evaluate the applications received for the purposes of selection and search of staff.
The curricula received for specific selections can be kept and reassessed for subsequent research for professional positions compatible with the candidate’s profile, provided that they are implemented over a period of maximum 2 years The candidate may object to the processing of his personal data at any time by writing to the EMAIL COMPANY.
This policy may be subject to change. If substantial changes are made to the use of data relating to the user by the Data Controller, the latter will notify the user by publishing them with the maximum evidence on its pages or through alternative or similar means.
